Sow, Grow, Farm in Action!
Our Year 4–6 pupils had a fantastic visit to the allotments in Yetminster as part of their Sow, Grow, Farm topic.
They were incredibly lucky to be shown around by Rod, the chairman of the allotments, who shared his time and knowledge with the children.
Rod even pulled up some root vegetables so the pupils could see first-hand how they grow underground – a brilliant hands-on learning experience!
A big thank you to Rod for such an engaging and memorable visit. The children came away inspired and full of questions about growing their own food!
